.\relinker.exe --windows 'source/input.elf' 'output/app.exe'

Run from the folder containing your relinker binary. Review the paths first. This tool generates a command; it does not execute or convert files.

Before you run it

• Use an extracted executable ELF and its bundled modules.
• Create the output directory and avoid overwriting existing files.
• Prepare matching host libraries and the game’s app0/ resources.
• Keep game-specific patches and settings from the source report.
